The myMobile application is designed to monitor your vital signs. It allows you to do so in two ways: firstly, you can take your vitals using manual health peripherals and trackers, then manually input the readings into the app. Or secondly, you can automatically update your readings by connecting your Bluetooth-enabled health peripherals to the app, which provides real-time updates.

The app sends an alert to your clinical team when your vitals are not within their normal range. Your team monitors your health data, and either calls a general practitioner (GP) or your healthcare team to review and assist you as required.

Lastly, the app gives you and your carers vital access to your health data. With these insights, you and your carers can better monitor your condition and improve your ongoing care in real-time.

Where do I get the myMobile app?

The app is available in Google Play (for Android users) and Apple App Store (for iOS users). We designed the app to work on most smartphones and tablet devices that meet the minimum software and hardware requirements:

  • Android app supported on Android OS 6.0 and greater

  • iOS app supported iOS 11.3 and greater

You’ll need to key in your HCN or Patient ID and pin to activate your myMobile account. Coordinate with your healthcare provider to get your ID and pin.
